Visual Collage Treatments
Creative Director, Designer
I use visual collages as a thinking tool. They help align stakeholders early, create shared understanding, and surface insights that guide every creative decision that follows. By seeing ideas side by side, patterns emerge - what belongs, what doesn’t, and where a brand can differentiate itself visually.
INNOVATOR AWARDS Ceremony (2023 Money Experience Summit)
Product Design: Ike Allred, Mark Stevenson
Packaging Design: Mark Stevenson
Event Landing Page Design: Mark Stevenson
The base speaker box was sourced from IKEA and transformed through custom laser-etched detailing designed to align precisely with MX’s brand language. The use of wood introduced warmth and longevity, while the precision etching added a layer of modern craftsmanship - balancing technology and humanity in the same way MX approaches financial experiences. A custom package design was developed in parallel, shaping and influencing the product’s overall form and presentation.
This approach was intentional. The award was designed not to sit passively on a shelf, but to live in the recipient’s space and daily environment. For me, the project was about creating a tangible expression of the MX brand - one that felt meaningful, considered, and worthy of the impact these organizations are making across the industry.
To complete the experience, a branded landing page was designed to extend the award beyond the physical object. The page showcased recipients, told the story behind the award, and reinforced the visual system across digital touchpoints - creating a cohesive experience from announcement to delivery.
Social Media Banner Design
Graphic Design
Social media banners are a key performance driver at MX. By refining hierarchy, clarity, and brand consistency, these specific banner designs helped capture attention faster and communicate value more clearly, leading to better CTR improvements of approximately 15–30%, proving that strong brand-led design can directly impact performance outcomes.
Visa & MX In-Office Hackathon Branding
Creative Direction and Graphic Design
For the Visa & MX In-Office Hackathon, I anchored the branding around a Formula 1 racing theme - a metaphor that naturally aligned with speed, precision, performance, and teamwork. The goal was to create an environment that energized the experience and framed the collaboration as fast-paced, high-impact, and outcome-driven.
I developed a cohesive visual system inspired by F1 design language, applied across in-office banners, digital signage, and event swag and materials. Bold graphics, directional layouts, and race-inspired visual cues helped transform the office into an immersive hackathon space, signaling momentum and purpose from the moment the Visa engineering team arrived.
